Hello:

I have been going to an acupuncturist for about 6 months off and on for my bladder condition. I have been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis

Which is just an inflammation of the bladder with no infection.

I have been following just the IC diet and was wondering if there was anything else natural I can try?

My main symptoms are frequent urination and bladder pressure............it feels like I continually have to go the bathroom with this pressure feeling. It is very hard to sleep at night as well.

I saw another post about this and the Dr. mentioned that you have to be careful with the herbal formulas to make sure that they are not nephrotoxic?

What does that mean?

Can you give me any suggestions to give to my acupuncturist that might help my problem....
