Choosing a Hypnotherapist

A certified hypnotherapist (C.Ht.) has successfully completed training in a school of hypnosis and received certification in the use of clinical hypnosis.

I agree 100% I personally attended 300 hours of classroom instruction in hypnotherapy and 200 hour of one on one clinical internship before I could become a Certified Hypnotherapist. Beware, a lot of people have only a 2 hour seminar, or perhaps a weekend training session and they call themselves hypnotherapist. May hypnotherapist are full time social workers, psychotherapist, or other professionals who only practice hypnosis part time. It is best to do your research and find a Certified Hypnotherapist in your area. But ask lots of questions.
